The McMaster study aimed to compare the immunological response (antibody production) of these homeopathic preparations against conventional vaccines (Tdap and MMR) and placebos in healthy young adults. Results from the trial indicated that the homeopathic nosodes failed to elicit a significant antibody response compared to placebo, whereas the conventional vaccines performed as expected.
