**Tetrabik** is a Japanese pediatric quadrivalent combination vaccine originally developed under the code **BK-4SP**. It contains adsorbed diphtheria and tetanus toxoids, purified pertussis antigens, and inactivated poliovirus derived from Sabin strains, and is administered subcutaneously to induce active humoral immunity against pertussis, diphtheria, tetanus, and poliomyelitis.
