TetraFluBet

TetraFluBet is a recombinant protein subunit vaccine being developed by Artgen for the prevention of influenza. The vaccine is built upon the proprietary Betusphere platform, which utilizes spherical nanoparticles to deliver recombinant antigens and enhance the immune response. As a tetravalent vaccine, TetraFluBet is designed to provide protection against four distinct strains of the influenza virus, typically encompassing two influenza A subtypes and two influenza B lineages. The project is currently in the preclinical stage of development and represents a core component of Artgen's vaccine pipeline targeting seasonal respiratory pathogens.
