Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**TETRALITE** is an investigational adjuvanted seasonal influenza vaccine developed by LiteVax. The product combines a licensed inactivated seasonal influenza vaccine with LiteVax Adjuvant, a synthetic carbohydrate fatty-acid monosulphate ester formulated on squalane-in-water emulsion nanodroplets. The first-in-human study evaluated one-fifth of the standard licensed-vaccine antigen dose with low or high adjuvant doses; a subsequent study evaluated LiteVax Adjuvant added to a full licensed-vaccine dose in adults and older adults. It is intended to enhance influenza vaccine immunogenicity while potentially reducing antigen requirements. ([litevax.com](https://www.litevax.com/wp-content/uploads/PR-TETRA-LITE.pdf))
