Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**TETRALITE** is a novel inactivated seasonal influenza vaccine adjuvanted with LiteVax Adjuvant (LVA), combining a low dose of a licensed influenza vaccine (such as VaxigripTetra at 15 µg) with 0.5 mg or 1 mg LVA to enhance immunogenicity, particularly in older adults. Developed to improve vaccine effectiveness against influenza by inducing stronger immune responses through systems vaccinology approaches evaluating genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, metabolomic, and lipidomic profiles. It targets seasonal influenza prevention and is under investigation in Phase 1b trials focused on safety, tolerability, and dose-dependent mechanisms in adults aged 60+ compared to younger cohorts.
