Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TF65 is a small molecule selective activated alkylating agent being developed by Zhejiang Yangli Pharmaceutical Technology (also known as VyBio). It is designed to target AIKLC3, a mechanism that likely involves the selective activation of an alkylating moiety within tumor cells, leading to DNA alkylation and crosslinking. This process exerts cytotoxic effects, ultimately resulting in tumor cell death. TF65 is currently in Phase 1 clinical development for the treatment of biliary tract cancer and adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC).
