**TFMP** is an investigational biomimetic nanozyme formulation consisting of a T-cell-membrane coating surrounding a magnesium carbonate and iron-doped carbon-dot hybrid nanocore loaded with the pyruvate kinase M2 activator TEPP-46. The T-cell membrane presents PD-1-associated tumor-targeting functionality that binds PD-L1-expressing tumor cells, while the magnesium carbonate core neutralizes acidic tumor microenvironments and the Fe-CD component catalyzes radiotherapy-generated hydrogen peroxide into hydroxyl radicals. Released TEPP-46 activates pyruvate kinase M2 to support T-cell mitochondrial metabolism and cytotoxic function. TFMP has been reported in preclinical breast cancer radioimmunotherapy models, where it enhanced radiotherapy-associated oxidative damage, immunogenic cell death, and antitumor immune activity.
