TFX 3

TFX 3 is an early-stage preclinical drug discovery program developed by Mestastop Solutions, currently in the target identification stage. The program is focused on identifying and validating novel, first-in-class targets involved in cancer metastasis. Mestastop Solutions utilizes its proprietary platforms—METAssay, METSCAN, and METVivo—to dissect the metastasis process into functional steps, allowing for the identification of rate-limiting steps and key targets. TFX 3 represents one of the company's proprietary targets being investigated to develop therapies aimed at delaying or preventing cancer metastasis, particularly in solid tumors such as colorectal and breast cancers.
