Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TG-1801 + ublituximab is an investigational combination therapy of two monoclonal antibodies for the treatment of B-cell lymphomas. TG-1801 is a fully human bispecific antibody that simultaneously targets CD19 and CD47, selectively blocking the "do not eat me" signal (CD47) on CD19+ B-cells, promoting antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis, and depleting malignant B-cells. Ublituximab is a glycoengineered anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody, approved for multiple sclerosis, which binds CD20 on mature B-cells, enabling antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. This combination leverages complementary B-cell-directed and immune-activating mechanisms in B-cell lymphoma, particularly in relapsed/refractory settings. The combination is being developed by TG Therapeutics, with clinical evaluation for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), and mantle cell lymphoma (MCL)[1][3][7].
