Overview

TG4010 + cisplatin + vinorelbine is a combination therapy for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). TG4010 is a therapeutic cancer vaccine based on a modified vaccinia Ankara (MVA) virus that expresses the MUC1 tumor-associated antigen and interleukin-2 (IL-2). This combination has been studied in clinical trials for advanced NSCLC, where TG4010 is administered subcutaneously at a dose of 10^8 pfu weekly for six weeks and then every three weeks, alongside standard chemotherapy consisting of cisplatin and vinorelbine.
