Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TGI-10 is an investigational, potential first-in-class T-cell engager (TCE) antibody candidate developed by TG ImmunoPharma for the treatment of solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer, gastrointestinal tumors, gynecologic tumors, and hepatocellular carcinoma. Developed using TG ImmunoPharma's proprietary pH-selective conditional activation TCE platform, TGI-10 is designed to simultaneously bind to a novel tumor-associated antigen (TAA) on tumor cells and CD3 molecules on T cells. This pH-selective mechanism attenuates drug activity in systemic circulation and normal tissues while enhancing it within the acidic tumor microenvironment, thereby widening the therapeutic window and reducing systemic toxicities. In July 2026, the U.S. FDA cleared the Investigational New Drug (IND) application for TGI-10.
