Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TGI-14 is a preclinical tri-specific T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by TG ImmunoPharma for the treatment of cancer. Engineered using the company's proprietary pH-selective TCE platform, TGI-14 is designed to selectively activate within the acidic microenvironment of solid tumors. This localized activation allows the antibody to recruit and engage T cells via CD3 to eliminate tumor cells while significantly reducing systemic and peripheral toxicities, such as cytokine release syndrome, which are commonly associated with conventional T-cell engagers.
