Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TGI-15 is a novel, proprietary trispecific natural killer (NK) cell engager (NKCE) developed by TG ImmunoPharma using its proprietary ABC-NKer® platform. It is designed to simultaneously target CD16a and an engineered interleukin-2 variant (IL2v) on NK cells, while targeting CD19 on B cells. This trispecific architecture enables the selective activation, proliferation, and redirection of NK cells to eliminate pathogenic B cells. TGI-15 is being developed for the treatment of B-cell lymphomas and autoimmune diseases. In preclinical studies, TGI-15 demonstrated superior B-cell clearance efficacy and safety compared to other marketed bispecific antibodies and investigational agents in its class.
