Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TGI-16 is an early-stage T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by TG ImmunoPharma for the treatment of oncology indications. As a T-cell engager, the therapeutic is designed to simultaneously bind to a tumor-associated antigen (TAA) on cancer cells and the CD3 receptor on T-cells, bridging them to trigger T-cell activation and subsequent tumor cell lysis. TGI-16 is currently in the CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) development phase, utilizing TG ImmunoPharma's proprietary antibody platforms.
