TGI-6

TGI-6 is a novel bispecific antibody developed by TG ImmunoPharma for the treatment of solid tumors. It simultaneously targets unique tumor-associated antigens (TAA) that are highly expressed in various cancers and CD3 molecules on T cells, thereby redirecting immune effector cells to attack tumor cells. This dual-targeting mechanism is designed to enhance anti-tumor responses while minimizing the risk of cytokine release syndrome (CRS). Preclinical studies have demonstrated that TGI-6 can induce complete tumor regression in animal models, particularly colorectal cancer, after a single administration. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including those confirmed to be B7-H6 positive[1][2][3][4][5][6][9][10].
