Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TGN-S11 + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of TGN-S11, a small molecule inhibitor of the human papillomavirus (HPV) E5 oncogene protein, and pembrolizumab (Keytruda), a monoclonal antibody PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor. TGN-S11 targets and inhibits the E5 oncogene, designed for selectivity against HPV-induced cancers, reducing both tumor size and circulating HPV DNA. Pembrolizumab blocks PD-1, restoring T-cell mediated immune responses against cancer cells. This combination is being assessed for synergistic anti-cancer effects in relapsed, resistant, or metastatic HPV-associated cancers[1][2][3][5][7].
