TGP Microgravity Immune Cell Enhancement is a preclinical-stage cell therapy technology developed by GN Corporation in collaboration with the Nichi In Centre for Regenerative Medicine (NCRM). The approach involves the use of a specialized preservation solution containing Thermo-reversible Gelation Polymer (TGP) in conjunction with microgravity (or simulated microgravity) loading. This combination is designed to enhance the expansion, functional potency, and preservation of immune cells (such as NK and T cells) and blood cells ex vivo. The technology is primarily aimed at treating immune and blood cell deficiency conditions by providing a more robust cell product for therapeutic re-infusion.
