TH0059 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting both HER2 and HER3 receptors. It is being developed as an innovative therapeutic for cancer, particularly to address resistance mechanisms in tumors driven by HER2 and/or HER3 signaling. The drug consists of a monoclonal antibody backbone that binds novel epitopes on the HER2 receptor while also blocking natural ligands to the HER3 receptor or preventing their heterodimerization.
