Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TH16 (Therapy-16) is a topical, over-the-counter (OTC) natural hair loss treatment developed by Triple Hair Group Inc. It is marketed under the brand names RIZN for men and PLENTY (or Plenty Natural) for women. The 100% natural, drug-free formula contains active ingredients such as Japanese knotweed (a source of resveratrol), melatonin, and peasprout extracts. TH16 works by reducing levels of Prostaglandin D2 (PGD2), a known inhibitor of hair growth, while also providing antioxidant protection and regulating apoptosis within hair follicles to promote hair regrowth and density. It is indicated for mild to moderate androgenic alopecia in both men and women.
