Overview

The Clean Super Vaccine is an autologous, personalized dendritic cell-based vaccine developed by Aivita Biomedika for the prevention of multiple infectious diseases. The platform utilizes a patient's own dendritic cells, which are harvested and loaded with antigens from various pathogens to induce a robust and long-lasting adaptive T-cell immune response. This rapidly scalable approach is designed to provide broad protection against multiple viral and bacterial agents—including COVID-19, Ebola, and Influenza—within a single injection, while minimizing adverse events by using the patient's own antigen-presenting cells. The vaccine has been validated in vitro for immune responses against a wide range of pathogens and has reached Phase 2 clinical testing for COVID-19.
