Therafeldamine

Therafeldamine is a brand name for a combination product or kit primarily indicated for the management of pain and inflammatory conditions. One specific formulation, marketed as a kit, contains Piroxicam, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Theramine, which is described as a medical food. Piroxicam exerts its therapeutic effects by inhibiting prostaglandin synthetase, thereby reducing inflammation, pain, and fever. Theramine, containing active ingredients such as Arginine and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), is formulated for the dietary management of metabolic processes associated with pain disorders and inflammatory conditions.
