Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ThisCART22 cells is an investigational allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by Fundamenta Therapeutics. It is designed to target the CD22 antigen, a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of mature B cells and most B-cell malignancies. Unlike traditional autologous CAR-T therapies that use a patient's own cells, ThisCART22 is derived from healthy donors using a proprietary non-gene-editing approach. The therapy is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of relapsed and/or refractory CD22-positive B-cell malignancies, including non-Hodgkin's B-cell lymphoma (r/r B-NHL).
