THOR-211 is a monoclonal antibody currently in preclinical development by THOR Biopharma. It is designed to target the RET (Rearranged during Transfection) receptor tyrosine kinase. RET signaling is frequently dysregulated in various cancers, including medullary thyroid cancer and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), through mutations or chromosomal rearrangements. By binding to RET, THOR-211 is intended to block downstream signaling pathways that drive tumor growth and survival. The program is currently in the candidate optimization stage of preclinical development.
