THV01

**THV01** is an investigational therapeutic HIV-1 vaccine regimen developed by TheraVectys for people with HIV-1 clade B infection receiving antiretroviral therapy. It comprises two nonreplicating, self-inactivating lentiviral-vector vaccines, THV01-1 and THV01-2, administered as intramuscular injections eight weeks apart. The vectors encode the same HIV antigen but use distinct VSV-G pseudotypes, aiming to generate durable, polyfunctional HIV-specific CD4+ and CD8+ T-cell immunity that could support control of viral replication during analytical treatment interruption.
