THX-130 is a proprietary, ultra-low dose formulation of dronabinol (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol or THC) developed by Therapix Biosciences. The drug targets microvascular injuries and associated disorders using a unique low-dose platform. It was designed for neuroprotection and microvascular protection, with potential applications in cognitive impairment disorders, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and conditions involving blood-brain barrier damage. The formulation utilizes doses ranging from 10-400 micrograms of THC, significantly lower than typical therapeutic doses. The drug was later transferred to SciSparc Ltd. but has since been discontinued.
