Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TI-0010 is a novel lipid nanoparticles (LNP)-encapsulated circular RNA (circRNA)-based vaccine targeting the receptor-binding domain (RBD) of SARS-CoV-2. It is being developed as an intramuscular vaccine for the prevention of COVID-19. The circRNA platform aims to provide robust and durable immune responses by encoding antigens in a stable RNA format, delivered via LNPs. The primary developer and manufacturer is Therorna, with initial development by Yuanyin (Beijing) Biotechnology. As of early 2024, TI-0010 is in Phase 1 clinical trials evaluating its safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity in healthy adults aged 18–59[1][2][3][4].
