TI-0093

TI-0093 is an experimental therapeutic vaccine designed for the treatment of recurrent or metastatic HPV-16 positive cancers, including cervical cancer and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). It is administered via intramuscular injection in a series of five doses over approximately six weeks. TI-0093 aims to stimulate the immune system to recognize and destroy HPV-16-associated tumor cells, representing an immunotherapy approach rather than direct cytotoxicity. Unlike prophylactic HPV vaccines, TI-0093 is intended for patients with established HPV-positive malignancies, particularly those who have exhausted standard treatment options. Clinical development is currently in Phase 1, focusing on safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity in a small patient cohort.
