Overview
Tiankui Congying Granules (天癸苁盈颗粒) is an innovative Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) candidate classified as a Class 1.1 drug, currently under development by Monyan Pharmaceutical. The drug is formulated as an oral granule specifically for the treatment of menopausal syndrome (perimenopausal syndrome). In TCM theory, "Tiankui" refers to the vital substance responsible for reproductive and developmental functions, which naturally declines during the menopausal transition. This formulation is designed to address the systemic imbalances and symptoms associated with this decline. As a Class 1.1 TCM, it represents a new herbal combination or a significantly modified traditional formula with demonstrated clinical potential. It is currently in Phase 2 clinical trials in China.
