Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TIE-ADC (Tumor Immunity Enhancing Antibody-Drug Conjugate) is a preclinical dual-targeting antibody-drug conjugate being developed by Trio Pharmaceuticals (also known as Trio Biotech). It represents a novel therapeutic approach designed to simultaneously address two tumor-promoting mechanisms within a single molecule. The platform utilizes a dual-targeting strategy intended to kill both cancer cells and immunosuppressive cells in the tumor microenvironment, thereby removing tumor-mediated immunosuppression and enhancing the anti-tumor immune response. While the specific molecular targets for the cancer cells and immunosuppressor cells have not been publicly disclosed, the drug is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) and Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).
