Overview
**Tiepifengdou granules** are an oral traditional Chinese medicine herbal combination containing *Dendrobium officinale* and *Panax quinquefolius*. The product is used in traditional Chinese medicine to nourish qi and yin and support gastric fluid production. It is manufactured by Zhejiang Tianhuang Pharmaceutical and is marketed in China as an OTC Chinese patent medicine. Clinical development has included randomized placebo-controlled studies for chronic atrophic gastritis with qi-yin deficiency, including a completed Chinese phase 3 trial.
