Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Tilrekimig + rHuPH20 is an investigational combination therapy developed by Pfizer. It consists of tilrekimig (PF-07275315), a trispecific monoclonal antibody, co-formulated with recombinant human hyaluronidase PH20 (rHuPH20). Tilrekimig is designed to simultaneously inhibit three key drivers of Type 2 (Th2) inflammation: interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-13 (IL-13), and thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP). The addition of rHuPH20, an enzyme that temporarily degrades hyaluronan in the subcutaneous space, facilitates the subcutaneous administration of large volumes of the biologic, enhancing absorption and tissue permeability. This combination is being evaluated for chronic inflammatory conditions such as atopic dermatitis, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
