Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TILsRx-001 is a preclinical, investigational tumor-targeted, tetravalent immune checkpoint inhibitor developed by BriaPro Therapeutics, a majority-owned subsidiary of BriaCell Therapeutics. It is an engineered fusion protein (biologic) that combines an engineered CD80 extracellular domain with enhanced PD-L1 affinity and an anti-B7-H3 single-chain variable fragment (scFv) that directs the agent to tumors. TILsRx-001 is designed to simultaneously target PD-L1 and B7-H3, blocking the immune-inhibitory effect of PD-L1 on cells co-expressing B7-H3. This dual action aims to boost the activity and persistence of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) within the tumor microenvironment to enhance anti-tumor immune responses.
