TINK-103 is an allogeneic, off-the-shelf chimeric antigen receptor-engineered invariant natural killer T (CAR-iNKT) cell therapy being developed by Tinkeso Therapeutics. It is designed to target undisclosed antigens expressed on solid tumors, specifically neuroblastoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and glioma. Unlike many allogeneic therapies, TINK-103 is produced without the need for genome editing, utilizing a proprietary expansion platform that allows for the manufacturing of multiple doses from a single donor leukopak. The therapy leverages the unique properties of iNKT cells, which bridge innate and adaptive immunity and naturally lack the risk of graft-versus-host disease (GvHD), making them suitable for off-the-shelf applications in solid tumor oncology.
