Overview

TINK-104 is an allogeneic, off-the-shelf cell therapy composed of unmodified native type III natural killer T (NKT) cells. Developed by Tinkeso Therapeutics, the therapy is designed to treat acute myeloid leukemia (AML) by leveraging the inherent anti-tumor activity of type III NKT cells, which serve as a bridge between the innate and adaptive immune systems. Unlike engineered CAR-NKT therapies, TINK-104 utilizes the natural recognition and effector functions of these cells to target and eliminate leukemic cells. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development and represents a non-engineered approach within Tinkeso's pipeline of NKT cell-based immunotherapies.
