tiotropium + olodaterol + budesonide + TQC3302 is an investigational quadruple combination therapy being developed by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The regimen integrates three established classes of respiratory medicine—tiotropium (a long-acting muscarinic antagonist or LAMA), olodaterol (a long-acting beta2-agonist or LABA), and budesonide (an inhaled corticosteroid or ICS)—with TQC3302, a novel Rho-associated protein kinase (ROCK) inhibitor. By combining these four agents, the therapy aims to achieve superior bronchodilation and more effective suppression of airway inflammation and remodeling compared to triple or dual therapies. The combination is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic profile in healthy subjects and patients with COPD.
