A fixed combination of **tiragolumab**, **atezolizumab**, and **capecitabine**, studied primarily in the context of first-line therapy for **HER2-negative unresectable, recurrent, or metastatic gastric cancer** or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma. Tiragolumab is a monoclonal antibody that targets TIGIT, an immune checkpoint receptor. Atezolizumab is a monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1 (programmed death-ligand 1), blocking its interaction with PD-1 receptors on T cells, thereby enhancing the anti-tumor immune response. Capecitabine is an oral prodrug of 5-fluorouracil, acting as an antimetabolite to inhibit DNA synthesis and cell growth.
