Overview

A fixed combination of **tiragolumab**, **atezolizumab**, and **capecitabine**, studied primarily in the context of first-line therapy for **HER2-negative unresectable, recurrent, or metastatic gastric cancer** or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma. Tiragolumab is a monoclonal antibody that targets TIGIT, an immune checkpoint receptor. Atezolizumab is a monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1 (programmed death-ligand 1), blocking its interaction with PD-1 receptors on T cells, thereby enhancing the anti-tumor immune response. Capecitabine is an oral prodrug of 5-fluorouracil, acting as an antimetabolite to inhibit DNA synthesis and cell growth. The combination is being evaluated in clinical trials for synergistic immunotherapy and chemotherapy effects, particularly under Phase II for gastric and gastroesophageal junction cancers.
