The protocol evaluates the efficacy and safety of various PD-1 and PD-L1 inhibitors—specifically tislelizumab, atezolizumab, durvalumab, benmelstobart, toripalimab, and serplulimab—in combination with standard-of-care chemotherapy (etoposide plus cisplatin or carboplatin) for the first-line treatment of extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC).
