Overview

Tislelizumab + cisplatin + gemcitabine is a combination therapy consisting of an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody (tislelizumab) with two chemotherapy agents (cisplatin and gemcitabine). Tislelizumab has been engineered to minimize binding to Fcγ receptors on macrophages, which helps prevent antibody-dependent phagocytosis and potentially enhances its anti-tumor activity. This combination leverages the immune checkpoint inhibition properties of tislelizumab alongside the cytotoxic effects of traditional chemotherapy agents to create a synergistic antitumor effect. The regimen is typically administered in 21-day cycles with tislelizumab 200 mg intravenously, gemcitabine 1000 mg/m² on days 1 and 8, and cisplatin 70 mg/m² on day 2.
