Overview

This entry represents a non-existent therapeutic combination that appears to be a concatenation of two distinct clinical trial regimens: an oncology chemo-immunotherapy protocol and a regenerative medicine product for osteoarthritis. The oncology components include **tislelizumab** (a humanized IgG4 anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody), **cisplatin** (a platinum-based cytotoxic agent), **gemcitabine** (a nucleoside analog), and **trilaciclib** (a transient CDK4/6 inhibitor used to protect bone marrow from chemotherapy-induced toxicity). The second component, identified via the developer Stempeutics Research, is **Stempeucel**, an allogeneic, culture-expanded, bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) therapy. Stempeucel is administered via intraarticular injection to treat Grade 2-3 knee osteoarthritis by leveraging the immunomodulatory and regenerative properties of MSCs. There is no clinical or biological rationale for combining these five agents into a single treatment for osteoarthritis.
