This combination therapy regimen is a neoadjuvant treatment protocol being investigated for patients with unresectable stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Tislelizumab functions by blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway to restore T-cell mediated anti-tumor immunity, while endostatin inhibits tumor vascularization by interfering with pro-angiogenic signaling. The regimen is being evaluated in a prospective, multicenter Phase II trial led by investigator Hua Zhang to determine its efficacy in achieving surgical conversion and improving clinical outcomes in locally advanced NSCLC.
