Overview

Tislelizumab + liposomal mitoxantrone hydrochloride is a combination therapy being investigated for relapsed/refractory extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma (ENKTL). Tislelizumab is a humanized immunoglobulin G4 variant monoclonal antibody against PD-1, while liposomal mitoxantrone hydrochloride (PLM60/Lipo-MIT) is a nano-drug formulation of mitoxantrone that enhances drug stability, sustains release, and targets tumor tissues more effectively. The liposomal formulation alters the pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution of mitoxantrone, resulting in improved anti-tumor efficacy and potentially reduced toxicity. This combination is currently being evaluated in clinical trials for its safety and efficacy in treating ENKTL, which is a highly aggressive malignancy associated with Epstein-Barr virus infection.
