Tislelizumab + nab-paclitaxel is a combination therapy consisting of tislelizumab, a humanized anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody engineered to minimize binding to FcγR on macrophages, and nab-paclitaxel, a nanoparticulate formulation of paclitaxel bound to human serum albumin. This combination represents an immunotherapy plus chemotherapy approach that has demonstrated efficacy in multiple cancer types including esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, bladder cancer, and triple-negative breast cancer.
