Drug intelligence / Profile preview
tislelizumab + surzebiclimab + LBL-007 is an investigational **combination immunotherapy** comprising three distinct monoclonal antibodies: tislelizumab (an anti-PD-1 antibody), surzebiclimab (an anti-TIM-3 antibody), and LBL-007 (an anti-LAG-3 antibody). This triple combination is being explored as a treatment for advanced solid tumors, including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), based on the rationale that simultaneous blockade of PD-1, LAG-3, and TIM-3 immune checkpoints may more effectively restore T-cell function and enhance anti-tumor immune responses than targeting any single pathway alone. Preclinical and early translational studies indicate potent anti-tumor activity in vitro and in animal models, and the regimen is currently being evaluated in phase 2 clinical trials for recurrent or metastatic HNSCC and long-term safety/efficacy studies in advanced malignancies. Each antibody component is a recombinant human or humanized monoclonal antibody.
