Tislelizumab + vinorelbine is an investigational combination therapy consisting of tislelizumab, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1), and vinorelbine, a semi-synthetic vinca alkaloid chemotherapy agent. Tislelizumab acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor by blocking PD-1 on T cells, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. Vinorelbine disrupts microtubule assembly during cell division, leading to apoptosis in rapidly dividing cancer cells. This combination is being studied primarily for the treatment of advanced or locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly in patients who are EGFR/ALK-negative or intolerant to first-line therapies. Early clinical studies suggest that this regimen may offer good efficacy and safety as neoadjuvant or palliative therapy in NSCLC[1][3][4][5][7].
