Tissue Therapeutics hepatocyte therapy refers to a regenerative cell therapy approach that uses functional liver cells (hepatocytes) or hepatocyte-like cells, often derived from stem cells or mesenchymal stromal cells, to treat liver diseases such as end-stage liver disease and acute or acute-on-chronic liver failure.
