Tizaspray

Developed by Sintetica, this formulation is a 0.5 mg nasal spray solution intended for the short-term treatment of painful muscle spasms, specifically acute low back pain. By delivering tizanidine via the intranasal route, Tizaspray is designed to provide a more rapid onset of therapeutic effect and potentially improve bioavailability compared to traditional oral formulations like Sirdalud by bypassing initial hepatic first-pass metabolism.
