Overview

**TJ-CP3B** is a novel tri-specific T cell engager developed by TJ Biopharma for cancer immunotherapy. It targets **CDCP1** (CUB domain-containing protein 1), a biomarker expressed on various solid tumors, while engaging **CD3** on T cells and incorporating conditional **4-1BB** activation. The 4-1BB component provides unique synergism by enabling intra-tumor T cell activation even with limited T cell infiltration, distinguishing it from conventional CD3 T cell engagers. It is designed for **CDCP1-positive solid tumors**.[1]
