Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**TJ011133 + toripalimab** is a combination of two monoclonal antibodies: **TJ011133** (anti-CD47 antibody) and **toripalimab** (anti-PD-1 antibody). TJ011133 targets CD47, a protein that sends a "don't eat me" signal to macrophages, thereby blocking tumor immune evasion and promoting phagocytosis of cancer cells. Toripalimab targets the PD-1 receptor on T-cells, blocking immune checkpoint signaling and enabling T-cell mediated anti-tumor immune responses. This combination is being investigated for synergistic anti-tumor activity, primarily in advanced solid tumors including those refractory to standard therapies.
