Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TJ109 is a preclinical-stage bispecific dual-payload antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Phrontline Biopharma. It is designed to simultaneously target the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and the mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (MET), two proteins frequently implicated in the progression and drug resistance of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). By leveraging Phrontline's proprietary SynTume 2×2 technology platform, TJ109 delivers two distinct cytotoxic payloads to tumor cells expressing these antigens. This dual-targeting and dual-payload strategy is intended to address tumor heterogeneity and overcome common resistance mechanisms associated with single-target therapies in NSCLC and potentially other solid tumors.
